The employees can report known / suspected violations to the Compliance Officer, the employee’s superior, a member of senior management or an internal auditor. Also, the employees are required to report any solicitation or offer of improper payment / advantage coming to their attention. We will keep case of report confidential and there will not suffer demotion, penalty or any other adverse consequences arising from strict implementation of the Program even if it may result in a loss of business.
